Your assignment (40 points total, participation grade):
Rank who you believe to be the “Top 5 Renaissance Personalities” in order from 5 to 1 (1 being the MOST INFLUENTIAL or IMPORTANT).
For each of your 5 choices, you must justify (2-3 sentences minimum) why you think he/she belongs at that spot. Highlight the contributions of this individual, their impact on European civilization, and/or their impact on posterity.
Then, after you have made your post, you must comment on at least 3 of your classmates posts.
Tips:
Post early for easier “originality” factor.
Make sure your post AND your comments are academic and grammatically correct.
Don’t limit yourself to just “artists.” You may include political personalities, popes, explorers, humanists, etc.
